TSX-listed artisanal ore processor Dynacor Group has appointed COO Daniel Misiano as president and CEO of the group, succeeding long-serving CEO Jean Martineau who remains on the board as a director.
The company hosted its AGM on June 19, which resulted in favourable votes for all the nominees having been listed in the management proxy circular.
Dynacor's board comprises Pierre Béliveau, Réjean Gourde, Isabel Rocha, Philippe Chave, Rocio Rodriguez-Perrot, Cyril Gradis and Hélène Kyriakakis.
Dynacor operates the Veta Dorada plant and owns a gold exploration property in Peru.
