Nova Minerals successfully redomiciled to the US, progresses 2026 exploration

NYSE- and ASX-listed Nova Minerals has successfully completed its redomicile to the US with its common stock and listed warrants now trading on the NYSE.
The company started a new drill campaign on its Stibium antimony and gold prospect, in Alaska, in early June, which is focused on a new pad at the northern end of the main RPM ridge, targeting gold geochemical anomalies.
This follows Nova having completed a major geophysical survey across the entire claim block.
As seasonal conditions improve, Nova plans to have field crews advance prospect mapping, sampling and generative exploration programmes.
Overall, Nova's exploration efforts this year are focused on the greater RPM area, West Wing and Portage Pass.
CEO Christopher Gerteisen says four drill rigs are focused on expanding Stibium's gold and antimony resources, supported by $43.4-million in funding from the US Department of Defense. Additionally, an antimony ore extraction and process plant is on track to start with construction before the end of the year.
