Panther Metals' Ontario-based metals portfolio affords it access to US DIBC

London-listed Panther Metals has been accepted as a member of the United States Defence Industrial Base Consortium (DIBC), which provides the company with access to US government defence procurement and funding opportunities.
Since its inception, the DIBC has awarded more than $410-million in funding across a range of projects supporting the US industrial base, including critical mineral supply chains.
Panther believes its Ontario-based critical minerals portfolio positions the company as a credible candidate for consideration under future DIBC procurement and funding programmes.
Having confirmed its membership to DIBC, Panther plans to actively engage with DIBC and submit relevant proposals responding to critical mineral solicitations.
Panther's Canadian portfolio includes the Winston tailings and Winston Lake projects, which focus on reprocessing of historical mine tailings for zinc, silver, gold, copper, gallium, indium and cobalt.
The company's Obonga project, in turn, comprises a 291 km2 claim area in the Obonga Lake Greenstone Belt, which features volcanogenic massive sulphide (VSM) targets. Panther has more VMS potential covered by exploration claims in the Schreiber-Hemblo Greenstone Belt, as well as a magnesium deposit called Dotted Lake.
In Australia, Panther owns various gold, nickel and cobalt exploration prospects.
