ASX-listed Atomic Eagle has advised that CEO Daniel Major is unable to resume in his role following a period of personal leave.
The company has, therefore, appointed corporate development manager Phil Hoskins in his stead, effective immediately.
He has been involved in exploration, development and operations of various mining projects over the last 15 years, including in senior positions, with experience in financial and commercial segments, in equity and debt capital markets, with corporate finance strategy, offtake negotiations and sovereign government negotiations.
Atomic Eagle’s flagship operation is the Muntanga uranium project in Zambia.
