Fortuna on track to meet full-year production guidance

TSX- and NYSE-listed Fortuna Mining produced 69665 gold-equivalent ounces (GEO) in the third quarter, compared with the 72217 GEOs produced in the second quarter of this year and the 72462 GEOs produced in the third quarter of 2025.
Production for the first nine months of the year amounted to 214754 GEOs and the company remains on track to achieve its full-year production guidance of 281000 to 305000 GEOs.
Fortuna has three operating mines in West Africa and Latin America.
During the quarter, the Séguéla mine, in Côte d’Ivoire, mined 340714 t of ore at an average grade of 2.69 g/t gold.
Séguéla produced 33744 oz of gold in the third quarter, compared with 41683 oz in the second quarter, reflecting lower tonnes milled, head grade and recovery.
Séguéla produced 117443 oz of gold in the first nine months and remains on track to achieve the lower end of its full-year production guidance.
During the third quarter, Fortuna approved a 30% expansion of the Séguéla processing plant, supporting a gold production growth target of over 200000 oz/y from the second half of 2028.
The company significantly expanded its Diamba Sud project, in Senegal, with the acquisition of the immediately adjacent 190 km² Bambadji project, consolidating about 60 km of prospective strike along the gold-prolific Senegal-Mali Shear Zone.
