Dear Prismo Metals community,
We are pleased to report that Prismo Metals is entering the final month of 2025 in its strongest position to date. We are now fully funded to execute our Phase 1 and Phase 2 for 2,000 meter drill program at our Silver King project in Arizona, having successfully closed an upsized second tranche of our private placement.
The initial phase will target the historic Silver King mine, testing the upper half of the mineralized body and the surrounding stockwork left behind by previous miners. To begin drilling, we are awaiting the drill permit to be issued by the Forest Service, a federal entity part of the Department of Agriculture of the U.S. government.
We have recently found additional compelling exploration targets in recent weeks, including the Black Diamond copper-gold replacement target and the newly named Copper King porphyry intrusion target, both on the east side of the project.
Just this week, we announced compelling new assay results from our sampling program. We identified high-grade copper (up to 6.02% copper) at Black Diamond and, significantly, high-grade gold (up to 5.19 g/t gold) in stockwork veining at the Copper King target. These results, combined with our IP survey, which has already identified multiple resistivity and chargeability anomalies, are giving us a robust pipeline of drill targets.
For those new to Prismo Metals, let me summarize Silver King for you:
Silver King is a historic high-grade silver, copper and base metals producer:
Discovered in 1875, became one of the most important mines in Arizona
Produced high grade silver in two main periods:
1875-89, nearly 6 million ounces of silver at average head grades of 61oz/ton to 21 oz/ton silver with significant copper, lead and zinc values
1918-28, produced over 230,999 oz silver with a head grade of 18.7 oz/ton
No significant production after 1928
No recent modern exploration
The Silver King project is uniquely positioned:
Located near Superior, AZ and 3 km from the main Resolution Copper shaft.
Resolution is a joint venture between BHP and Rio Tinto, which owns the largest unmined copper deposit in the world (1.5 billion tons at 1.56% Cu)
Silver King is entirely surrounded by Resolution Copper
Silver King is hosted by the same rock sequence that hosts the nearby Resolution copper deposit, but has the advantage to be exposed at surface and is not covered by the thick sequence of unmineralized volcanic rocks that covers Resolution
The host rocks from the nearly Magma mine are exposed on the eastern portion of the
In 2026, we will see a major ramp up in exploration with Multiple Milestones on the Horizon:
Obtain Silver King Drill Permit
Forest Service permit expected shortly
Select & secure the driller for drill campaign at Silver King
Start drilling at Silver King
2,000 meters in two phases

Ripsey Mine: Detailed mapping and sampling
Unlock value from the Hot Breccia project and drill in 2026
This drill program is supported by an exciting portfolio. Our recent success at the Ripsey Project, where we confirmed high-grade gold and silver over a 600-meter strike, remains a key value driver. Crucially, Ripsey sits on patented land, granting us the distinct advantage of not requiring federal drill permits for future work there. Meanwhile, our option extension at the Hot Breccia Project provides us with the strategic flexibility to continue partnership discussions for our permitted 5,000-meter copper drill program.
We are rapidly advancing our projects during a historic surge for our key metals. Silver has soared over 100% to $60/oz, fueled by a projected 95-million-ounce deficit, while copper hit record highs above $11,400/tonne, driven by AI and green energy demand. This simultaneous bull market is compelling major producers to urgently secure new supply. With high-grade assets in Arizona and Mexico, Prismo is strategically positioned to capitalize on these deficits and deliver North American critical minerals.
We are energized, funded, and committed to unlocking the potential of these high-grade Arizona projects. We invite you to follow our progress closely by visiting our website at www.prismometals.com and subscribing to our newsletter.

Silver King (Silver-Copper Project, Arizona, USA)
New "Crown" Target Identified: We have officially named the felsic intrusion target the "Crown" porphyry target. Recent sampling of stockwork veining here returned high-grade gold values of 4.06 g/t and 5.19 g/t Au, providing a compelling new exploration target. (See Dec 3, 2025 news release)
High-Grade Copper at Black Diamond: Recent rock chip sampling at the Black Diamond replacement target yielded high-grade copper results, with multiple samples exceeding 1% Cu and two samples returning 5.56% and 6.02% Cu. (See Dec 3, 2025 news release)
Fully Funded Drill Program: Following the closing of an upsized private placement on November 13, 2025, Prismo is fully funded for its planned 2,000-meter drill program (Phase 1 & 2). (See Nov. 13, 2025 news release)
New Drill Targets Defined: Detailed exploration at the Black Diamond area has confirmed a large copper anomaly over the replacement body and identified a strongly altered felsic intrusion with stockwork quartz veining containing silver, lead, and zinc. These findings have added high-priority targets for the Phase 2 drill program. (See Nov. 19, 2025 news release)
Permitting Milestone: The US Forest Service has determined the Company's drill plan is complete and compliant. The project is now undergoing a streamlined environmental analysis (Categorical Exclusion), with final approval expected soon.
Geophysics Underway: An Induced Polarization (IP) survey has identified low resistivity anomalies associated with Black Diamond and chargeability anomalies at the Crown target. A follow-up survey is planned for December to further refine drill targets.
Ripsey (Gold-Silver-Copper Project, Arizona, USA)
High-Grade Gold Confirmed: Recent assay results from surface sampling confirmed high-grade gold mineralization, with values up to 7.88 g/t Au, along with significant silver, copper, and zinc, along the main vein structure. (See Oct. 16, 2025 news release)
High-Grade Silver Overlimits Received: Overlimit silver assays returned values ranging from 132 g/t to 224 g/t Ag, further confirming the high-grade nature of the mineralization along the 600-meter vein strike. (See Oct. 20, 2025 news release)
Untapped Potential: These strong results from Ripsey, a historic producer with no modern exploration, highlight the significant discovery potential remaining on the property.
Patented Claims: The Ripsey mine property consists of patented claims, which could simplify future permitting processes.

Kitco.com Dec 3, 2025 – abridged
(Kitco News) - Volatility in the silver market remains elevated as prices trade near their record highs above $58 an ounce. While the precious metal has room to move higher, one market strategist is urging investors to exercise caution.
In his latest precious metals note, Mike McGlone, Senior Market Strategist at Bloomberg Intelligence, said that silver’s parabolic rally is “a little scary,” and because of the metal’s volatile nature, he sees the potential for prices to rally to $75 an ounce – or fall back to $40 an ounce.
Spot silver last traded at $58.43 an ounce, roughly unchanged on the day. However, prices are up 100% this year and are seeing their best annual gains since 1979. Silver continues to significantly outperform gold, with the gold/silver ratio trading at 72 points, a four-year low.
Although momentum indicators signal that silver is significantly overbought, many analysts have said that technical price action is playing second fiddle to market fundamentals.
Silver’s parabolic move comes as growing demand has put significant pressure on limited supplies. Five years of market deficits, driven by robust industrial demand, have significantly depleted above-ground stockpiles.
Meanwhile, the threat of potential tariffs on silver, after the U.S. government classified it as a critical metal, is adding to supply-chain turmoil and market liquidity issues.
The final piece to silver’s recent record highs has been surging global investment demand. Analysts note that growing economic uncertainty has renewed expectations for aggressive easing from the Federal Reserve while at the same time, inflation pressures remain fairly elevated. All this is creating the perfect environment for hard assets like silver.
Although silver prices are expected to remain volatile, analysts have said there is no end in sight to the current market deficit as mine production remains constrained, and further tightness in the marketplace due to supply-chain issues should continue to support prices at elevated levels.
