TSX-V welcomes newest copper, gold explorer GoldInxs

Vancouver-based copper and gold explorer GoldInxs Mining has successfully completed its initial public offering and listing on the TSX-V, having offered 15.4-million units at a price of $0.10 apiece to raise gross proceeds of $1.54-million.
Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of GoldInxs at a price of $0.20 apiece for a period of two years.
GoldInxs president and CEO Nick Michael says completing the listing and offering marks a defining milestone for the company and provides the initial capital needed to advance exploration at the Fishpot property.
"We believe the Fishpot property represents a compelling discovery opportunity in central British Columbia, with encouraging historical work and exploration potential. As a newly listed company, our focus is on executing a disciplined exploration strategy and building GoldInxs into a respected Canadian exploration company."
GoldInxs plans to undertake an induced polarisation survey on Fishpot in August, followed by a 2000 m targeted drill programme to test the highest priority exploration targets generated from the company's 2025 geological, geochemical and geophysical work.
In addition to Fishpot, GoldInxs holds the Millar property in the Golden Triangle region.
